Candy Fang

After graduation. Candy worked in the marketing department of the top 500 MNC for many years with rich brand management experience.  By 2021, She has been in the headhunter industry for 17 years.  
Focus Group was founded in 2016 by Candy. Before that, Candy served as FMCG team leader at the famous listed headhunter companies, Career International, and Talent 2, which is the largest headhunter company in Australia. She leaded the team to create proud performance with a strong customer service awareness and professional ability. Candy is particularly good at key customer management and business development with valued service to clients.   Under Candy’s leadership, Focus Group has ranked first in the Annual Vendor Review among some key customers of consumer goods company for several consecutive years. 
At the same time, Candy has a charismatic leadership style, unique leadership art and cohesion as the leading way of teaching to inspire each employee to maximize their potential. In a happy team culture, it gives each consultant enough room to grow rapidly, and cultivates a group of consultants after batch with brilliant performance.

Elaine Ge 

Partner

Elaine has 10 years marketing experience in multinational companies and another 10 years in executive search industry. Elaine plays an active role in the consumer industry, including FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Durable, Retail & Luxury, and Food Services.
Prior to Focus Group, Elaine was Head of Practice –Consumer & Retail Team in Talent2, an Australia based Executive Search Company. Elaine and her team served both MNCs and large-scale domestic companies with middle to senior level positions searching and assessment.
Before that, Elaine worked for 10+ years in marketing function in MNCs, such as Mars and GSK as Brand Manager, and later on joined Accor Services as Marketing Director.
Elaine has rich experiences in Marketing Strategy Development, Market Research,
Media Planning, and Marketing Project Management. She also has extensive exposure in the operation of different functions.
